     WINE   to local tradition is the alcoholic beverage obtained from 

the fermentation of the juice of freshly gathered grapes,the fermentation

of which has been carried through in the district of origin and according

and practice.

 The main points of this definition are :-

     1. Wine is made from the fermented grape juice.

     2. Of freshly gathered grapes.

     3. Made in the district of origin of the grapes.
